Reiki, Reconnective Healing & Reflexology

Helen is Agora's Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki Master, who also does Reflexology and is a Reconnective Healing Practitioner. Her training has been very extensive and she has had to travel far and wide to receive the highest levels of excellence in her fields. In her Reconnective Healing practice she is the first in Maine to train for her level IV, which currently is the highest level you can attain.

Helen's focus is on bringing balance and harmony to people's lives. When you have a session with her you know you are the most important person in the world. More wonderfully though is she helps to release tension and stress and often will have some insights into how you can remain relaxed through your life. She will also help you let go of old patterns that no longer serve your best interests. Helen enables you to see the true beauty that lies within yourself and others and to realize your own perfection.
